6-Hour Window for Changes

Within 6 Hours

You can make cancellations or modifications to your order within six hours from the moment of placing it.

After 6 Hours

After this six-hour window, your order will be locked for processing, and no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Usually, you will receive the refund in about 5-7 days depending on your bank or paygate.
