1. RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days after you receive your item. This policy applies to men’s clothing, including Tops, Polo Shirts, and Button-Down Shirts.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

3. RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEES

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee ($0.00).

Return Shipping Cost:
– Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: $0.00. We cover the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid return label by email.
– Customer remorse returns, including wrong size chosen, color preference, or change of mind: Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Examples include:
– Item arrives with holes, tears, stains, or other damage
– Defective stitching, buttons, seams, or fabric issues
– Wrong item, size, or color compared to your order

Please include a photo of the item and your order number. After review, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. EXCHANGES

For a different size or color, please return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

To avoid unnecessary return shipping costs, please check the size chart before placing your order.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Sale items are eligible for return under the same 30-day return policy as regular-priced items, unless clearly stated otherwise before purchase.

7. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
